Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations within 48 hours, early departures, and no-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
Promotional and non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Any special cancellation terms displayed during booking will take priority over this general policy.

Check-in and Checkout
Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Checkout: By 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Guests must present a valid passport, national identity card, or driving licence during check-in.
The primary guest must meet the minimum legal age required to make a reservation.

House Rules

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms. Please use designated smoking areas.
Parties, disruptive gatherings, and excessive noise are prohibited.
Guests must respect quiet hours and avoid disturbing other guests.
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be reported to reception.
Children must be supervised, particularly around the swimming pool and shared areas.
Guests are responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.
Illegal activities, dangerous items, and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval from hotel management.
Please secure personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for unattended valuables.
Management reserves the right to end a guest’s stay without refund for serious or repeated violations of these rules.
